SEAMLESS SUPPORT WHEN NEEDED

Within our Wellness Resource Center, managed by Custom Home Care, residents have access to a wide range of services, including medication management, routine health screenings, facilitated transitions from hospital stays, and more.

CUSTOM HOME CARE

Custom Home Care is a licensed Home Services and Home Nursing Agency providing caregivers in the Chicagoland area. Special packages and à la carte services with Custom Home Care are available on a fee-for-service basis, all to provide a range of flexible choices for extra levels of support and service for residents when needed.

À LA CARTE SERVICES INCLUDE:

  • 15-, 30-, 60-minute visits
  • medication reminders
  • laundry services
  • meal preparation
  • personal assistant services
  • communication with doctors
  • and more

SYMBRIA

Symbria is on-site to provide purposeful and engaging group classes and personal training, and a variety of therapy services if ever needed.

PHYSICAL THERAPY

Focus on mobility, balance, and strength, which will assist with issues such as chronic pain and arthritis.

OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY

Restore or maintain independence in daily living activities, such as dressing and other at-home tasks. Occupational therapy also works to strengthen arms and improve fine motor skills.

SPEECH THERAPY

The speech language pathologist will assess and treat people who have speech, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.

*Custom Home Care and Symbria are not Mather-owned companies; they are independently owned and operated. Residents are not required to use Custom Home Care or Symbria and may wish to find other options to meet their individual needs. A list of other providers in the area is available upon request.
