## Financial Model — Rental Plan

Mather Place operates on a simple monthly rental model. There is no Entrance Fee and no long-term financial commitment beyond the monthly rent. Benefits include:

- No utility surprises — all utilities included (except phone, upgraded internet, and upgraded cable beyond basic)
- No unanticipated home maintenance or repair costs
- Weekly housekeeping including linen service
- A one-time, non-refundable community fee is due at move-in.

## Care Resources

Mather Place offers convenient on-site care resources through an independently operated partner. Residents are not required to use these services and may choose other providers.

### Custom Home Care
Licensed Home Services and Home Nursing Agency. Manages the on-site Wellness Resource Center, which offers medication management, routine health screenings (including blood pressure readings), facilitated transitions from hospital stays, and more. Special packages and a la carte services available on a fee-for-service basis.

À la carte services include: 15-, 30-, and 60-minute visits; medication reminders; laundry services; meal preparation; personal assistant services; communication with doctors; and more.
